Reservation Rules
We offer three ways to reserve date and time for your vehicle to go through diagnostics at the Laboratory of Technical Expertize “Avtologistika”.

Step 1. Registration
If you are willing to apply for diagnostics of your car at the Laboratory of Technical Expertize “Avtologistika”, the first thing you have to do is to register. Registration implies mere filling out a form. On successful registration you get a personal folder with the help of which you can create own files with data on your car and follow up history of diagnostics.
Step 2. Reserving diagnostic line
You have to write down data from the log book of a car to go through diagnostics. Then you can arrange a date and time.
Warning! Reserving diagnostics line on the company site is possible not less than three hours before arranged time.
Step 3. Confirmation
Your application accepted, a notification with arranged time confirmation is e-mailed to the address mentioned while registration. There will be a ticket attached to the e-mail with your name, VIN number, model, license number date and time of diagnostic on it. The given ticket has to be printed out to be later submitted before entering the Laboratory.
Warning! You being unable to come after your application confirmed, you are requested to inform about this on the Laboratory web site in the appropriate gap explaining reason that prevents you from coming. The latter not done, your account will be blocked and similar reservation service will not be available. Thank you for your understanding!
Hot phone line 759 from 09 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There is a 759 (2 UAH including VAT regardless of duration) by which you can arrange any date and time for your car to go through diagnostics. You need a log book of your car for an operator of the hot line to work out a diagnostics line schedule.
