Its normal functioning is one of the most important factors preconditioning safety of a driver and his/her passengers. Emerging of such modern systems as engine control, speeding and braking electronic stabilisation systems, safety and comfort systems has changed techniques of preliminary treatment of vehicles.

The Laboratory uses equipment of leading Bosh and Maha manufactures that helped to achieve high operational efficiency serving more than 100 cars a day and reduce the human factor influence on diagnostics results to minimum.

Diagnostic takes about one hour and is divided into 7 stages:

I. Visual examination of a vehicle.

Visual inspection is the first stage of vehicle diagnostic. Qualitative and factual examination is possible only with a clean car. That is why your vehicle has to be washed and dried beforehand...  

II. Checking braking system.

Braking system in good repair is one of the most important factors influencing safety of a driver and passengers. Diagnostic of braking systems is an indispensible element of annual maintenance services. The corresponding check-ups have to be initiated after every 50 000 km. not less than once in two years. ..  

III. Checking antibouncers and suspending bracket.

Every fifth car in Ukraine has at least one antibouncer malfunctioning, with haulage over 100 000 km., the corresponding number grows significantly. ..  

IV. Checking steering system of a car. Inspection of a bottom side.

14% of car accidents happen because of bad repair of steering system...  

V. Lights alignment.

VI. Diagnostic of electronic systems.

Portable non-volatile KTS 540 scanner made by Bosh enables the Laboratory specialists to check electronic systems of a car: steering system, automatic gear, ABS, airbags...  

VII. Analysis of emissions with the help of smoke analyser and flue gas analysing apparatus.

Emissions analysis is the final stage of diagnostic to be completed with the help of Bosh equipment, particularly BEA 460 flue gas analysing apparatus, RTM 430 smoke analyser and a BDM 298 module measuring bent shaft speed by accumulator voltage. ..
